Customer Guidelines
Inviting a cleaning team into your home or business requires trust. At Blue Drop Cleaning, we treat every space with care, professionalism, and respect.
Please provide at least 24 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Less than 24-hour notice: 50% of the service fee may apply
- No access upon arrival: 100% of the service fee may apply
If a cancellation occurs after our arrival, the full service fee will apply. Emergencies are handled with understanding whenever possible.

Arrival Window
- First appointment: arrives at scheduled time
- Other appointments: one-hour arrival window may apply
Service Expectations
- Keep surfaces reasonably clear
- Secure valuable items
- Allow surfaces to dry completely
- Keep pets safely contained
Supplies & Equipment
We bring our own vacuum and mop. During the first cleaning, we provide terry cloth rags that will remain in your home for future visits.
If you would like us to bring cleaning products as well, please contact our office in advance to arrange this. Otherwise, we are happy to recommend the products we use.
Any unfamiliar products provided by the client will be used at the client’s full responsibility.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Bank transfers may also be accepted with prior arrangement.
Please note that we do not accept cash or personal checks. All payments must be completed prior to or on the day of service, as agreed during booking.
Pre-payment may be required for certain services to secure your appointment.
