What's the difference between Regular and Deep Cleaning?

Regular Cleaning keeps your home feeling fresh, clean, and comfortable — so when you walk in, you can truly relax and enjoy your space. It includes:

  • Kitchen: countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors, and floors
  • Bathrooms: sinks, toilets, mirrors, bathtubs, and showers
  • Bedrooms & Living Areas: dusting, vacuuming, and light organizing

Deep Cleaning includes everything in Regular Cleaning, plus a more detailed and thorough service to bring your home back to its best condition:

  • Cleaning ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, and detailed surfaces
  • Thorough scrubbing of showers, bathtubs, and baseboards
  • Cabinet fronts, doors, and kitchen surfaces
  • Detailed cleaning of corners, edges, and hard-to-reach areas
  • Removal of built-up dirt, grease, and hidden dust

Regular Cleaning

  • Routine maintenance
  • Weekly or biweekly
  • Keep your home consistently clean

Deep Cleaning

  • Thorough, detailed service
  • After a long gap or illness
  • Before guests or a seasonal reset

When should I choose Regular vs. Deep Cleaning?

  • Choose Regular Cleaning for weekly or biweekly maintenance to keep your home consistently clean and stress-free.
  • Choose Deep Cleaning if you want a more detailed professional clean, if it's been a while since your last service, if you've been sick, if you're preparing to receive guests, or if you're ready for a seasonal reset.

We recommend starting with a Deep Cleaning for first-time clients to achieve the best results.

Do you wash dishes?

Dishwashing is not included in our standard services. However, if the dishwasher is clean and empty, our team will be happy to place dishes from the sink inside.

Do you clean inside windows?

Yes, we clean interior windows upon request. Exterior window cleaning is not included.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. We bring our own professional equipment, including vacuum and mop. For the first cleaning, we also provide terry cloth rags that will stay in your home for future visits.

Scheduling

How often should I schedule cleaning?

Most clients choose weekly or biweekly cleaning to maintain a consistently clean and comfortable home. For first-time clients or homes that need extra attention, we recommend starting with a Deep Cleaning.

Can I get the same cleaner every time?

Yes! We understand how important it is to have a familiar and trusted cleaner. We always do our best to assign the same cleaner for each visit. If they are unavailable, we will send another highly trained and reliable team member.

How many cleaners will you send?

The number of cleaners depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning requested. Typically, we send a team of two cleaners, but we will do our best to accommodate any specific requests.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide access and return to a clean, refreshed space.

How will the cleaners enter my home?

You have a few convenient options:

  • Be home to let the team in
  • Leave a key in a secure location
  • Provide a lockbox or garage code

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 business hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: a 50% fee may apply
  • No access upon arrival: full service fee may apply

We understand that emergencies happen and will always do our best to be flexible.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.

How do you provide a quote?

We make the process simple, clear, and personalized. Your estimate is based on:

  • The size of your home (square footage)
  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Type of cleaning service (Regular, Deep, or Move-In/Move-Out)

By combining these details, we create a quote tailored specifically to your home so you receive the right level of care without overpaying.

Satisfaction

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If something was missed, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and include photos if possible. We will gladly return to address the issue.

After 24 hours, the service is considered complete.
